1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permissible and prohibited uses of the Foreman AI orchestration platform. As an AI-powered service, it is critical that the platform is used responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use, or facilitate the use of, the Service to:

High-Risk Decisions: Make decisions that significantly impact an individual's legal rights, financial status, employment, healthcare, or housing without mandatory and rigorous human oversight.
Professional Advice: Generate and distribute outputs intended as definitive legal, medical, or financial counsel. The AI agents are assistants, not licensed professionals.
Illegal & Harmful Content: Create, distribute, or promote content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise illegal.
Circumvention & Abuse: Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or safety guardrails enforced by Foreman or our underlying LLM providers (e.g., prompt injection or jailbreaking).
Automated Scraping: Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape data, outputs, or intellectual property from the Service.
Reselling Access: Resell, lease, or sub-license your access to the Foreman agents or infrastructure without explicit written commercial agreement.
Regulated Industries: Operate fully autonomous workflows in heavily regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, defense) where human verification is legally required but omitted.
Misinformation & Deception: Generate deepfakes, large-scale disinformation campaigns, or impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.

3. Responsible AI Usage

Users must employ the platform to augment their business capabilities responsibly. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the context provided to the agents and the ensuing deliverables align with your company's ethical guidelines and legal obligations.

4. Enforcement and Suspension

Foreman employs automated heuristics and human reviews to monitor compliance with this AUP. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of running agents, revocation of API keys, or permanent termination of the workspace without refund.
