Foreman utilizes advanced artificial intelligence systems to orchestrate tasks and generate Deliverables. Due to the probabilistic nature of large language models, the Service may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinations"). Users must exercise independent judgment and review all AI-generated content before relying upon it for critical business decisions.

Such third-party integrations are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. 5. BYOK Disclaimer
If you choose to use the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality to connect external LLM providers, you assume all risks associated with those services. Foreman disclaims all liability for unexpected costs, rate limiting, model deprecation, or data breaches occurring on the third-party provider's infrastructure. It is your responsibility to secure your API Keys.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to provide a persistent AI team, Foreman does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet, electronic communications, and third-party AI provider outages. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Foreman be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
